We have a tiered price system where you pay for the level of stylist that you see. A stylists' level is determined by their experience and skill. We understand that our guests have unique individual aspirations for their hair and we believe our personalised approach is a fair, simple and transparent way of pricing our services.

Your health and wellbeing is a priority. Some people already have or can develop an allergic reaction to hair colour products which can result in hospitalisation. This precautionary measure helps ensure that we can safely apply Redken colour to your hair without risk or reaction. Colour allergy tests need to be updated every six months and must be done at least 48 hours before your colour service.

We require guests to have an in-salon colour consultation in order to book out the correct amount of time for your appointment and give you an accurate price for the service. It also helps us to assess your hair and do any necessary testing to see if the result you want is achievable.
