JOANNE
Salon Owner
Jo is the owner of Blend Salon; a vision, brand and business she created back in 2011. Jo started her hairdressing journey in 2001and has excelled in her field working alongside Lee Stafford on the Big Brother show and the Clothes show. Jo is now part of the prestigious Redken Colour Specialist team and has appeared on their global Instagram page presenting live Instagram tutorials as well as filming Redken Brand videos for global distribution.
Specialising in glossy long balayages, beautiful blondes and extensions; Jo has secured her place as a successful Artistic Director/Colour Specialist. Jo credits her wide ranging knowledge and education as the key to her success and is constantly upskilling to ensure she delivers a bespoke service that her clients just LOVE!
KELLY
Artistic Director
Kelly is an Artistic Director at Blend Salon, her creative and versatile approach has also earned her the prestigious Redken certified "Colour Specialist" title. She has been with Blend since it first opened in 2011. Her hair career first started back in 2002 and she is highly skilled, trained and certified in Advanced & Diploma level accreditations. Working alongside Lee Stafford at the Clothes Show and Redken events have been career highlights for her.
Kelly is constantly learning and growing and takes the time out to focus on education which she believes is the key to constantly evolving as a stylist. Kelly specialises in hair transformations and working with dimensional colours to create bold, beautiful finishes that turn heads. Kelly enjoys personalised hair journeys with her clients and seeing their confidence grow as their hair dreams become a reality.
AMY
Salon Manager
Amy is the salon manager, she joined the team in 2018. Amy has a long career background in managerial and administrative roles. Amy has travelled to London to take part in the L'Oreal Salon Emotion course, various Business Coaching courses for salons and has taken part in Redken's exclusive Social Connection course in Manchester. Amy is also the salon merchandiser and our social media and content creator for all of our digital platforms. She believes that client satisfaction is key and is constantly looking at ways to improve the customer experience as well as ensuring our stylists work in a happy environment.
NATALIE
Senior Stylist
Natalie is a Senior Stylist at Blend Salon, she first joined the team in 2015. She is trained and certified in various colour techniques and has also undertaken hair extension training with big brands like Great Lengths. Natalie specialises and excels in big bouncy blow drys and long glamorous hair - everything from balayage to
blonde to mermaid-inspired locks to a perfect face frame - she's your girl!
Natalie works with each client to create a style that makes them feel beautiful and expresses their individuality and believes a good consultation is vital to ensure she gets it right from the start for her clients!
JOEY
Senior Stylist
Joey is a Senior Stylist at Blend Salon and started his hair career in 2017 as an apprentice at the salon. He is trained and certified in various colour techniques and awards. Joey specialises in balayage, blowers and cutting. With his considerate chairside manner Joey works with his clients to sculpt a cut or enhance a colour that you will wear with comfortable confidence.
From consult to finish, Joey takes the time to create a style that is unique to you... and as unique as you!
BETH
Senior Stylist
Beth joined the Blend team in 2023, she has over 10 years hairdressing experience under her belt, so it’s safe to say you’re in good hands with her knowledge! Over the years she’s gained experience by working backstage at London Fashion Week, helping out on-set with photo shoots and attending various courses to broaden her skills.
Her attention to detail is second to none, proven by the fact she has been an in-house educator, training up apprentices who have then went on to pass with distinctions (proud moment or what)!
Beth specialises in blonding, global colour and cutting services, she’s also now taking on new clients so go ahead, get booked in and get pampered!
JESS
Stylist
Jess is a Stylist at Blend Salon. She joined the team in 2021 as an assistant whilst finishing her qualification and is now qualified and is looking to grow her clientele. Jess LOVES lightening hair, the blonder the better! With her bubbly, chatty and caring persona you can guarantee your appointment will see you leaving the salon with a big smile on your face!
STEPH
Stylist
Steph joined the team in 2022 and has 17 years hairdressing experience. Steph specialises in cuts and loves a challenge, long or short! She currently runs a column just on a Saturday and is hoping to grow her clientele.
KIRA
Trainee Stylist
Kira joined the Blend Salon team in 2023 whilst also attending college to complete her qualifications. Kira currently works assisting stylists and ensuring the busy salon is kept clean and presentable for our clients. Kira also spends one day completing in-salon training and practicing her new skills as we build her up to qualify and run her own column!
MEGAN
Stylist
Megan is a Stylist at Blend and joined the team in 2024. She is trained in various colour techniques. Megan specialises in balayage and blonding and loves a textured beach wave! She is currently taking on new clients and can’t wait to meet you all.
BEN
Owner of BENJAMINROSSHAIR
Ben is the owner of BENJAMINOSSHAIR, his brand and business found it's home in a private hair studio nestled within Blend Salon. Opening its doors in 2020 his business has excelled and has proven to be a luxurious and welcoming environment for all of his clientele.
Ben started his hairdressing journey in 2006 at Francesco Group as an apprentice and worked his way up to Creative Director of the Derby Salon and competed professionally winning awards for his creative work with Afro Hair. More recently Ben completed the prestigious L'Oreal Colour Specialist qualification and Bellami Master Certification ensuring he can continue to offer the best quality services available. Ben although classically trained, he specialises in Creative Colour, Balayage, Hair Extensions and Creative Cuts. Ben is passionate about providing a 5-star experience to all that visit BENJAMINROSSHAIR and feels that he is able to utilise his experience and knowledge to create bespoke hair transformations which his client's adore!

Gee is highly qualified and has been in the beauty and aesthetics industry for over 10 years. As a modern facialist and skin expert she delivers advanced and personalised treatments. Gee is qualified to expert level in all areas of non surgical cosmetic procedures specialising in dermal fillers and botulinum toxins.

Skin & Body Therapist
My name is Ella and I specialise in face and body treatments, with ten years industry experience on land and onboard luxury cruise lines. My passion is treating your skin to deliver and achieve your skin goals. I am committed to using high end and science backed products which is why I use Elemis in all face and body services, which I wholeheartedly believe benefits the skin with its marine active ingredients more than any other skincare product line.
